FM27, FM27 Console, FM27 Mobile and FM27 Touch are distinct editions. Confirm the device, store and subscription for the edition you want.

Desktop: PC and Mac
The main desktop edition is announced through Steam, Epic Games and the Xbox PC app, with Game Pass availability described in the official launch announcement. The source archive also contains the Steam store listing for Windows and macOS. Check the store for the operating system you use; a storefront appearing in the announcement does not by itself establish support for every operating system.
Before buying, review the product’s current requirements and access terms in your region. We do not reproduce a price because that can depend on storefront, currency and offers. The free Launch Preview described on our release page applies to the announced PC/Mac period; do not assume an equivalent preview exists for every other edition.
Console and Mobile are separate products
The official release announcement names FM27 Console for Xbox and PlayStation 5, and FM27 Mobile through Netflix. It also discusses Game Pass access for the Console edition. Subscription eligibility and device availability should be confirmed through the official service for your account and region.
A desktop feature announcement is not automatically a promise about Console or Mobile. Interface choices, controls and the scope of a product can differ across editions. When following a guide, look at its source and intended edition. Our mechanics coverage is based primarily on the desktop FM27 feature articles available in the project archive.
Touch: Apple Arcade
The dedicated Touch announcement confirms Apple Arcade availability from 10 November on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV, with a hardware-related visual caveat. It describes cloud progression across supported devices and says the existing FM26 Touch App Store page will update to FM27 Touch. Check that announcement for the exact product context.
Mac users should therefore distinguish desktop FM27 from the Touch edition offered through Apple Arcade. Being on the same operating system does not make them the same purchase or the same experience. Choose the edition around the device and style of play you want, then follow the relevant official store links. Our release and new-features pages provide the next steps without assuming feature parity.
